COBB EXTERN PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

Cobb Externs are defined as—-

Medical students or graduates that volunteer to participate on COBB projects and agree to receive mentorship as available
No compensation offered
No fee expected
Would fill out a Cobb externship application. Click here
Must provide a letter of recommendation.
Approved Externs assigned to a primary task by CEO or leadership team.
Cobb will allow Externs access to general education information on the Cobb website.
Externs are invited to attend webinars, conferences,etc.
Externs will be encouraged to complete a research paper if they serve more than three months.
Career development mentorship will be provided (individual & group)

The Student National Medical Association AMEC 2025: AMEC 2025 will be held in person in St. Louis, MO at the America's Center from April 16-20, 2025. This years theme is Higher: Surpassing, Optimizing, Advancing and Reimagining our Purpose. The Cobb Institute will be convening a Cobb Scholars workshop and exhibit. MORE INFORMATION
